Global Talent is designed for young people aged 18–30 who want to gain professional experience abroad. Opportunities have different requirements, so your eligibility may depend on your education, skills and experience.
Global Talent opportunities can range from 6 weeks to 18 months, depending on the position and company. You can choose opportunities that fit your availability and career goals.
Not necessarily. Many Global Talent internships use English as the working language. Language requirements vary by opportunity, so make sure to check the specific position before applying.
The participation fee covers AIESEC’s support throughout your experience, including guidance during the application process, preparation before departure and support while you are abroad. Benefits such as accommodation, salary or other support vary between opportunities.
Yes. AIESEC in Hungary supports you before departure, while the local AIESEC team at your destination helps you with your arrival and experience abroad. You won’t have to navigate the whole process alone.
