Youth to Business (Y2B) is a professional conference that brings together ambitious young people and business professionals to explore current business topics, develop future-ready skills, and build meaningful connections between youth and the corporate world.
Youth to Business is organized by AIESEC in Hungary, in collaboration with our corporate and institutional partners, who actively contribute their expertise, insights, and real-world perspectives to create a valuable and relevant experience for participants.

Y2B is open to university students, recent graduates, young professionals, and anyone interested in business, entrepreneurship, and career development. No prior business experience is required - curiosity, openness to learning, and motivation to grow are more than enough.
